The electronic signaling ballast is available as a 120 v.d.c. 60Hz. Supply, and comes with an audio alarm and LED indicator. This system is manufactured with an axial flow ultra violet reactor in 304 stainless steel. This really high quality system demonstrates its quality, throughout with fire-polished quartz sleeves and seamless connections. The one expendable part of this system the germicidal UV lamp can be easily changed with out any disassembly of the unit. You stay connected, no turning off your water supply. In fact if needed the ballast/connector can be removed without any interruption of water supply as well. Simple high quality, easy to use, own and maintain! Manufacturer warrants this stainless steel high quality disinfection system's hardware to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by the original owner (consumer) on a pro-rated basis. Manufacturer warrants the ultraviolet lamps and sensor probes to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year and the reactor chamber for a period of five (5) years. The warrantor will at its option and expense, either repair or replaces such units subject to the following conditions, exceptions, and exclusions. No other warranties with respect to the units other that those expressly included in this warranty, have been made by the Warrantor. CONDITIONS, EXCEPTIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS

When you use this system as a post R.O. system stage you should not have to worry about the following water conditions, In fact your UV will not need to be cleaned at regular intervals. Used on pure water as a post filter means no scaling or dirt accumulation as would be the case in normal pre-filter applications. 1. Water passing through the unit must not contain: (This applies to UV Disinfection System only) A) Sulphur B) Filterable solids C) Greater than 0.3 ppm iron D) Excessive hardness (Where total hardness is less than 7 gpg, the UV unit should operate efficiently provided the quartz sleeve and/or sensor probe is cleaned periodically. If total hardness is over 7 gpg, the water should be softened. Warranty will be void, if the proper steps are not taken to ensure that these impurities are not present.) 2. The limited Warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been repaired or altered by anyone other that the Warrantor or by a person authorized by the Warrantor, nor to any units which have been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident. 3. This limited Warranty runs exclusively to the original Consumer and with respect to the original installation only. 4. WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 5. This limited Warranty excludes the cost of labor in removing any defective unit or installing any replacement unit. This unit is made of stainless steel , has a quartz sleeve protecting the quartz U.V. lamp . The power supply has an led and audio alarm built in . You get fittings , mounting bracket , power suppy, lamp ,quartz sleeve and stainless steel vessel. Everything you need to add Ultra violet protection to your drinking water system . Bulb changing is super simple no need to turn off the water . Just slip the lamp out connect a new lamp and slip the new lamp back in. All U.V. lamps should be replaced at least annually.
