The Compact III is a five (5) stage RO/DI (Reverse Osmosis/De-Ionizing) Reefkeeping system equipped with a 75 GPD (Gallons Per Day) FilmTec membrane for truly great water quality and production rates.

Includes:

The Compact III uses five (5) stages of filtration and purification.

Stage 1) Heavy duty, standard industry size (10 Micron) Poly Pro sediment filter.

Stage 2) Genuine Gem coconut carbon block acid washed* (5 Micron).

Stage 3) acid washed* Gem coconut carbon block filter (1 Micron), that removes the remaining chemicals and chlorine. This filter is rated for 9,000 gallons. Used to strip any remaining chlorine/chloramines missed by stage 2.

Stage 4) FilmTec TFC membrane 75 GPD (TW30-1812-75).

Stage 5) One Mixed bed in-line DI cartridge 2.5 X 11"

DI Bypass valve

RO only valve, sample port for testing membrane output or as a source of RO water with out DI.

An ASOV (automatic shut off valve) & our float valve (which is sold separately) mean totally automatic top off water. Just add your Rubbermaid trash can.

Reefkeeping requires the reduction / removal of chemicals, Chloramines, bacteria, virus, salts, minerals, heavy metals from top off and make up water. You need and want zero TDS pure chemical free water.

*Acid washing assures purity and excellent flow rate.

In the box above, please enter the desired GPD membrane as either 50 or 75 GPD, also enter the desired water connection as either the hose, faucet or supply valve. If nothing selected you will receive a 75 GPD membrane plus a supply valve. (If you are attempting to install on braided hose you will have to purchase the "Adapt-a-valve for braided hose" separately.)
