All of our fittings are the quick connect, push-in style.

Easy To Use.

No tools required. The tubing is simply pushed into the fitting and then a slight firm "tug" is used to seat the tubing into the internal seal. To remove the tubing, hold the collar of the fitting while pushing in and the tubing slides out easily.

Fittings are used to connect components or to connect two different types of plumbing.

When a fitting is used to connect like-types of plumbing it is called a UNION

When a fitting connects two different types of plumbing together it is called an ADAPTOR. If you want to connect a tube to the filter housing you will need an adaptor for the two different types of plumbing you wish to connect. Adaptors are from pipe (or tube) to thread. Every adaptor is either male or female. This refers to the treaded portion of the fitting. Thus, you may want to order a tube to male thread fitting

If the fitting makes makes a right angle bend it is called an elbow or more correctly a 90 degree fitting. Likewise a fitting bent at a smaller angle is called a 45 degree fitting.

Check Valves These valves are one way devices. Water can go only in one direction indicated by the arrow on the exterior of the valve. Check valves can be in-line or 90 degree

Ball Valves: These are the most common types of shut-off valves. The ball valve is available as a straight (in-line) ball valve or as a 90 degree (elbow). The valve can also be an adaptor. It can connect two different types of plumbing, such as the tank ball valve where one connection is tubing and the other is female thread.
